Vincent and Camille built Seminalia on a simple premise: the best wild ingredients in the world deserve the same obsessive handling that Michelin-starred kitchens demand of the food they serve. After years at the pass in three-starred restaurants and James Beard award-winning kitchens, they walked into the forest instead.

Today, Seminalia is their answer to what they always wanted as cooks but could never reliably find: a purveyor who understood both sides of the kitchen door. One who could discuss harvest windows as fluently as mise en place, and deliver on time, every time, without excuses.
